One step to change your Module pages within the Integration Settings Control Panel (ISCP).
Enable by going to the ISCP (http://moduleURL/integration/settings) > Domains tab > Find the Context number or Primary Domain you use in the list > Select v4 in the Module Version drop down > click Save.
Then click the Clear All Template Cache button in the top left.
