Sender Policy Framework (SPF) Setup Guide
One way that recipient email servers attempt to identify SPAM messages is by performing an SPF record check which attempts to verify that the mail server which sent a given message is authorized to send email for the sending domain. If your domain’s SPF record is not configured to authorize the mail servers used by the GrowthZone or ChamberMaster/MemberZone platform it can result in messages sent through our software being rejected or placed in your intended recipients’ SPAM folders.
An SPF record is part of your domain’s DNS zone file and is best created or updated by your web host or IT company.
If you are using the GrowthZone database, the records to add are found here.
If you are using the ChamberMaster or MemberZone database, the records to add are found here.
